The report states that a number of decisions have been made, among which is the approval of the draft law, which prescribes to the Office of Meteorology, as a public service body, the management of the meteorological facility, the provision of meteorological services and the proposal of a general policy in this area at the level of the Republic, while undertaking what he considers appropriate. It is necessary to achieve this, with the approval of the draft law that changes some provisions of the Criminal Code promulgated by Law no. 58 of 1937, as an effort of the state to provide full protection of land in its ownership and charitable foundations, in such a way as to achieve complete deterrence, and the amendment foresees the creation of a mandatory Source is the law addressing companies that manage and operate basic facilities from cutting off these facilities and not merging them or moving them to the property that is the subject of the infringement until the infringement is removed, with the approval of the draft law establishing the “Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority” as a public body specialized in the organization, care and protection of intellectual property rights in the country.
