Al-Maamari referred to the executive position of the work of the Sports Club Management Committee, such as legal references and tasks of the Management Committee, circulars and procedures related to management, training workshops and field visits. Electronic sports clubs.

For his part, Khalifa bin Saif Al-Essaei, an adviser to private bodies, touched on the features of the draft regulations for the management of the work of clubs in the Sultanate of Oman, which dealt with the duties of the board of directors of the club, while the fourth chapter dealt with the executive management as an administrative and financial officer, and organizational structure with the content of the fifth chapter of the rulebook, and financial management with the sixth chapter, and the seventh chapter with debt settlement, while the eighth chapter dealt with financial defaults, and the ninth chapter dealt with controls Contractual obligations with technical staff and players. While Muhammad Al-Adawi dealt with the binding legal aspects, and the implementing agencies for monitoring the application of the principles of the management of sports clubs, while he touched on the legal articles of the law of private bodies operating in the sports field, such as article (14), which stipulates that a private body subject to the supervision, control and direction of the Ministry in all aspects Financial, administrative, health and other materials related to bodies working in the field of sports. Al-Adawi also dealt with Article (56) of the Statute of Sports Clubs no. 124/2008, which stipulates that the minister can make a reasoned decision on the dissolution of the Board of Directors, and appoint a temporary Board of Directors from among the members of the Board of Directors who work for a period of one year in the following two cases: non-implementation of the decisions of the Regular General Assembly or extraordinary issues within 3 months from the date of adoption and the commission of serious financial damage. He also dealt with the mechanism for monitoring the application of sports clubs to the management principles approved by the commission. Clubs Al-Shabab, Al-Mudhaibi, Khasab and Salalah also presented a visual representation of some of their experiences, which were judged successful and contributed to the activation and development of club programs and activities of interest to the local community.

Club experience with management

During the episode, the experiences of the Al-Shabab, Al-Mudhaibi, Khasab and Salalah clubs on management were shown. Companies sponsored and provided gifts and monetary amounts, and worked on the media side. As for the club tribune, it is a comprehensive sports, cultural and social tribune held in cooperation with local teams and the local community. After that, the role of media management in the club was discussed, where a media team and a photography team were formed that empower small and large companies, and in financial management, the obstacles the club faces in management were discussed, and at the end, a video was shown showing the experience of the club in management.

Khasab club experience

The Khasab club’s experience with management was presented, how the club developed its strategy for activating the role of management, and the challenges the club faced in 2016, first of all: lack of premises, the need to develop the administrative side and lack of financial resources, and the club is developed several solutions, the most prominent of which are: Investment and establishment of a fully equipped hall for the club. The club also sought financial resources, strengthened the principle of management in practice and activated the principle of sustainability. that the graph of the economic growth rate of the club before the pandemic, its decline after it, and then its return to growth is illustratively shown.

The club also outlined future plans, including: paying attention to the preparation of Sunni stages, holding cultural events and significant performances, exhibitions and scouting camps, working to develop civilian teams in the state and guiding them towards the application of governance principles, and displaying civilian teams associated with the club , after which some of the club’s investment projects were presented.

Salalah experience

The Salalah club’s experience with management was also discussed, where the issues that the club has done to regulate management by forming a specialized monitoring team, organizing financial and administrative issues, designing an effective management system and its sustainability, establishing an independent ethics committee, and rearranging the club’s priorities were resolved. . The club also controlled everything related to financial and administrative issues, compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, distributed responsibilities and duties among all parties in the club, and prevented abuses. power and influence, and established a system of guidance and control, and at the end, the achievements of the Salalah club for the past period were presented along with the interest in women’s sports.
